 By using the services of Countryside Destination Travel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including visiting our website, requesting travel planning services, or booking travel arrangements, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Countryside Destination Travel acts as an independent travel advisor. We assist clients with planning, arranging, and booking travel services offered by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and travel insurance providers.

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

All bookings are subject to the individual terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and payment requirements of the travel suppliers involved.

These policies may include:

• Non-refundable deposits or payments
• Change or cancellation fees 
• Restrictions related to travel dates or fares
   

It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and understand supplier policies prior to booking. Once travel is booked, changes or cancellations may result in penalties imposed by the supplier.

Travel prices and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier. Prices may change due to availability, supplier policies, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other factors beyond our control.

We make every effort to provide accurate information; however, errors or changes may occur.

Payments for travel services are typically processed directly through the travel supplier or an approved third-party payment system. Countryside Destination Travel does not store credit card information.

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of bookings by the supplier.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have all required travel documents, including but not limited to:

• Valid passports
• Visas 
• Vaccinations or health documentation
   

Countryside Destination Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, or travel delays.

If travel insurance is declined, Countryside Destination Travel is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance. A waiver is required to be signed if insurance is declined.

Changes to itineraries, cancellations, delays, or interruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, mechanical issues, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Countryside Destination Travel is not liable for such disruptions.

Countryside Destination Travel is not responsible for:

• Injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense
• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
• Changes or cancellations made by suppliers
   

By using our services, you agree that Countryside Destination Travel’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of commission earned on the booking.
